? Hiring: Senior Recruiter – Healthcare RCM

? Location: Gurugram

? Experience: 4–7 Years

? Industry: Healthcare / US Healthcare RCM

? Shift: 12PM-9PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare RCM/BPO roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals & databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on process/RCM requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:

✅ 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in US Healthcare RCM/BPO .

✅ Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.

✅ Experience in bulk/mass hiring and stakeholder coordination.

✅ Good communication and negotiation skills.
