Karepa Technologies is a Bangalore-based social-impact company working in the elderly care and support space. Through our service brand MyDearPa, we provide companionship and care support to elderly individuals, patients, and people who need assistance with their daily activities.

We are growing our Companion network and are looking for an HR Recruiter who can help us recruit, train, and onboard suitable candidates for both part-time and full-time opportunities.

About the Role The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment process for Companions, from candidate sourcing and screening to training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit Companions for part-time and full-time positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Train selected candidates on company processes, service standards, and role responsibilities.
- Complete the onboarding process and ensure candidates are ready for assignments.




- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Companion candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Experience in volume hiring or service-based recruitment will be an advantage.
