HR Recruiter – Education / School

Location: Thane, Maharashtra | Full-Time | In office

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our education team in Thane. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff for our school and education institute.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
- Hire Teachers, Coordinators, Academic Staff, Admin, Front Office, HR, and Support Staff
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews, demo classes, feedback, and candidate follow-ups
- Manage offer discussions and drive candidate closure and joining
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified teaching and non-teaching candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports




- Work closely with school leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory: Experience in education/school recruitment
- Hands-on experience hiring teaching and non-teaching staff
- Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure skills
- Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously

Preferred
- Candidates based in Thane/Mumbai or nearby areas
- Experience recruiting for schools, colleges, EdTech, or education institutions
- Strong teacher recruitment network and candidate database
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
