Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.

- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.

- Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for key and niche positions.

- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, role fit, and organizational requirements.

- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidates on communication, competencies, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.

- Manage interview scheduling, feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.





- Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring metrics, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Headhunting.

- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques.

- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment independently.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong ability to identify and attract high-quality and passive talent.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms will be preferred.
