Staffing Recruiter: 2+ years in the Blue Collar and Bulk Hiring in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry

Senior Recruiter: 4+ years in the Blue Collar and Bulk Hiring in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry

Assistant Manager: 6-8 years in the Blue Collar and Bulk Hiring in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry

Qualification - Minimum Graduate.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities -

- Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA.
- Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance
- Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition
- Handle client escalations & workforce challenges

5. Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination
- Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners

Required Skills/Competencies -

1. 2+ years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing

- Strong exposure to Blue-Collar / Bulk Hiring

3. Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E-Commerce clients
- Robust leadership & client management skills

5. Comfortable with MIS, dashboards & performance tracking.
- Should have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.

7. Can manage 10-12 team members under him with a headcount of a minimum of 1200.
