Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, drafting and posting job advertisements, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The role also involves organizing recruitment drives,



managing recruitment-related documentation, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking or HR systems. The Recruiter will support employer branding initiatives, assist with onboarding activities, and uphold company policies and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination for various functional roles.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, manage recruitment databases, and work with applicant tracking systems.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, local labor market trends, and basic employment laws and compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably in plastics or automotive-related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting hiring timelines.
- Comfort working on-site in Navi Mumbai, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be willing to travel to different manufacturing plants for hiring-related activities.
