Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Recruiter who can manage bulk hiring across India for various positions, primarily within Banking Sales, Telecalling/Call Center, Customer Service, BPO, Field Sales, and other entry-to-mid-level roles .

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling high-volume recruitment and joining targets . The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidates successfully join the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across India.
- Source candidates for Bank Sales, CASA Sales, Relationship Manager, Field Sales, Telecaller, Customer Service, Call Center, BPO, and similar positions .
- Generate a high volume of candidates through:
- Job portals
- Social media
- Employee referrals
- WhatsApp/Telegram recruitment groups
- Recruitment databases
- Campus hiring
- Local sourcing and recruitment drives
- Other relevant sourcing channels
- Screen candidates through phone calls and assess them based on job requirements.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary, incentives, location, working hours, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer-to-joining process and ensure candidates report on their joining date.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly candidate sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets .
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and urgent hiring requirements.
- Conduct bulk recruitment drives when required.
- Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Reduce candidate dropouts and improve offer-to-joining ratios.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Experience in bulk/high-volume recruitment .
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment/job portals and social media sourcing.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Strong understanding of the Indian employment market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a recruitment team.

Experience

- 3–8 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, banking recruitment, BPO recruitment, sales recruitment, telecalling recruitment, or field-sales hiring will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and robust sourcing/convincing skills may also be considered.
