Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supervisor / Team Leader / Recruitment Coordinator for our Operations . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international hiring and overseas recruitment, preferably from a manpower solutions/recruitment company, with expertise in handling blue-collar recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end international recruitment and overseas hiring activities.
- Handle recruitment requirements for Europe operations
- Lead and manage the recruitment team and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and recruitment updates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection procedures.
- Organize and conduct proper interview drives for bulk hiring requirements.
- Maintain project trackers and recruitment status reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle candidate sourcing through Naukri, job portals, databases, social media platforms, and other recruitment software/tools.




- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth recruitment operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in International Hiring / Overseas Recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in Manpower Solutions / Recruitment Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment software/tools.
- Strong team handling and client coordination experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
