Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in collections or related field (e.g. finance, accounting).
- Strong understanding of debt recovery principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using software applications used for managing debt portfolios.
