Casamentero Consulting is looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team.

We are looking for a strong and experienced recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us identify, engage, and close top talent across various requirements.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
- Hiring focus: Non-IT/operational sales profiles such as Telesales Executive, Inside Sales Specialist, Retention/Renewal Associate, etc
- CTC: Max ₹3.6 LPA.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process




- Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Meet recruitment timelines and targets

? What We're Looking For:

- 3-6 years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience in sourcing and talent acquisition
- Excellent Job Portal, LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple requirements
- A proactive, target-oriented and go-getter mindset
