Roles & Responsibilities -
- Collect payments from customers on time.
- Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails, or visits.
- Maintain accurate payment and collection records.
- Resolve customer payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams.
