About the Role

Symbiosis Management Consultant, one of North India’s leading search firms, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates.

Screen candidates through calls and assess their suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Track hiring progress and ensure timely closure of positions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Manage multiple recruitment assignments effectively.





What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a professional approach.

Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Candidates with exposure to Recruitment , Consulting , Education, Hospitality, Banking, or other industries are welcome.
