Role Description The Records Clerk is a part time remote role responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating client records and tax-related documentation. Day-to-day tasks include managing electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting document retrieval for consultants and clients. The role involves monitoring the completeness of records, assisting with basic account reconciliation tasks, and maintaining secure, confidential storage of sensitive information.

The Records

Clerk will collaborate with the consulting team via digital communication tools, follow established procedures, and help improve record-keeping workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Records Management and Document Management skills to organize, store, and retrieve client files efficiently.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with Account Reconciliation to review information for accuracy and consistency.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with consultants and respond to client documentation requests.
- Comfort with basic accounting or tax-related documentation, and familiarity with data entry and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems).
- High level of attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Previous experience in record keeping, administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant coursework or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
