Key Skills: R2R, General Ledger (GL), Account Reconciliation, Month-End Close, Journal Entries, Reporting, Intercompany Accounting

Shifts: ANZ / US / UK shifts

Notice Period: Up to 30 days

Expected Joining: 12th October

SELECTION PROCESS The process is simple:

HirePro Registration Assessment Test F2F Interview

- Once your candidature is shortlisted, you will receive a HirePro registration link.
- After registering, you will receive the Assessment Test link from the Genpact team.
- The assessment must be completed by the first half of Thursday.





• Candidates who transparent the assessment will be invited for the Face-to-Face interview on 12th September (Saturday) in Noida.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Depending on the position and experience level, responsibilities may include:

- Handling General Accounting and R2R activities
- Performing GL and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries
- Managing intercompany accounting and transactions
- Handling bank, investment and fixed asset reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports and consolidations
- Identifying and resolving balancing/reconciliation items
- Supporting internal and external audits and SOX compliance
- Ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs and process controls

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

WHO CAN APPLY? Candidates with a background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics who have relevant exposure to R2R, reconciliation, General Ledger, accounting or financial reporting are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must be comfortable working 100% from office and working in ANZ/US/UK shifts.
