Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-spoken, and highly presentable Front Desk Executive to join our luxury jewelry showroom. As the primary face of our store, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional initial experience to our visiting clients, managing customer walk-ins, handling front-office inquiries, and maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Hospitality: Greet walk-in customers warmly, manage the waiting lounge, offer refreshments, and direct guests to appropriate sales executives.
- Front Office Operations: Manage incoming calls, answer basic inquiries regarding store timings and services, and maintain visitor entry registers.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure the front desk area remains neat, organized, and compliant with luxury retail display standards.
- Customer Care:



Coordinate between sales staff and customers to ensure a seamless and pleasant shopping environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist store management with basic daily logs, appointment scheduling, and front-desk documentation.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Higher Secondary .
- Experience: Open to Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn fine retail operations.
- Communication: Transparent and fluent communication in Hindi and local language; conversational English skills are a plus.
- Grooming & Demeanor: Excellent personal grooming standards, professional etiquette, and a confident, approachable personality suited for high-end retail.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer usage (data entry, word processing, and email).
