Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist for a reputed Fertility Clinic in Sector 49, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and handle day-to-day reception activities.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and other departments regarding patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and appointment details with confidentiality.
- Handle patient queries and provide appropriate information regarding appointments and clinic procedures.




- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain organised and presentable.
- Assist with administrative and coordination-related tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled personality and presentable appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to handle calls, appointments, and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Experience in a hospital, healthcare centre, clinic, or fertility clinic will be preferred.

Salary Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
