As a Customer Service Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support over the phone. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meet or exceed call and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
