Adishakti Constructions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team for long-term growth.

We are looking for candidates who have practical knowledge of the real estate industry and understand how property sales work.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, speaking with potential clients, explaining properties and projects, arranging site visits, pitching projects, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with real estate leads through calls and messages.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
- Pitch properties professionally and explain project details.
- Arrange and conduct multiple property/project site visits with clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Follow up with interested clients and move them through the sales process.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.





Required Skills & Experience
- Real estate sales experience is required.
- Good knowledge of property sales and real estate projects.
- Strong communication and client-pitching skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Experience in handling property leads and site visits.
- Ability to convert leads into property sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and reliable about building a long-term career in real estate.

Freshers without real estate sales experience are not preferred. Salary & Incentives
