Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and recent clients. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.

2. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client satisfaction levels. Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and problem resolution.

1. CRM System Management: Update and manage customer data accurately within the CRM system. Track client interactions, service requests, and follow-up activities. Generate reports to identify customer trends and service gaps.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer engagement metrics. Analyze client feedback to suggest process improvements. Support the management team with data insights for strategic decisions. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
