We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Closing Executive to join our real estate team at our Pushpak Nagar site. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience in closing real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend walk-in clients and explain project details effectively.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up to ensure conversions.
- Coordinate site visits and presentations.
- Negotiate and finalize property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales/closing.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional attitude and client-handling ability.
