Real Estate Legal Associate

Location

Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate/property law. Freshers with solid knowledge of property laws may also be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct legal due diligence of land, properties, and real estate projects.
- Review and verify title deeds, sale deeds, agreements, encumbrance certificates, RTC, khata, conversion documents, and other property records.
- Identify title issues, legal risks, encumbrances, and documentation gaps.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements, MOUs, POAs, Lease Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with advocates, government authorities, developers, landowners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct property-related legal research and provide clear legal opinions.
- Support documentation and compliance for real estate transactions and projects.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, agreements, and due-diligence reports.




- Assist the management and project teams with legal matters related to real estate transactions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Property Law and Real Estate Laws.
- Understanding of Karnataka land and property documentation is preferred.
- Good drafting, documentation, and legal research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Qualification

LLB / LLM from a recognized university. Candidates with experience in real estate, property law, conveyancing, or legal due diligence will be preferred.
