About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive B2B Sales Executive to help us acquire real-estate professionals as clients for our video editing, social media content, podcast editing and AI video services.

The candidate will primarily target real-estate agents, brokers, developers, property consultants, investors and real-estate coaches in MUMBAI, UAE, UK and USA.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential real-estate clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Google.
- Build daily prospect lists of relevant agents, brokers, developers and property professionals.
- Contact prospects through LinkedIn DM, Instagram DM, WhatsApp and email.
- Introduce EditBabu Studioz and its content/marketing services.
- Personalize pitches based on the prospect's existing content.
- Follow up with interested prospects systematically.
- Qualify leads based on their content activity, business size and requirement.




- Schedule meetings/calls between qualified prospects and the company.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Research competitors and identify new prospecting opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative/sales team during client conversion.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good Hindi communication.
- Confident in talking to strangers and handling rejection.
- Comfortable with cold outreach.
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Sales/BD/telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Real-estate industry knowledge is a plus.
- Creative understanding of Reels, podcasts and social media content is a major advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
