About The Job:

- Seeking a senior React architect to lead frontend architecture and development. This role requires
- expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and ability to design scalable, maintainable frontend systems.

Essential Job Functions:

- Architect and design scalable React applications

- Establish frontend development standards and best practices

- Lead technical decision-making for UI/UX implementation

- Mentor frontend development team

- Collaborate with backend teams for API integration

- Ensure performance, accessibility, and security standards

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

- React: 7+ years with React, Redux, Context API, Hooks

- JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert-level ES6+, TypeScript proficiency

- State Management: Redux, Zustand, MobX, complex state patterns

- Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Rollup, module bundling optimization

- CSS: Styled-components, CSS-in-JS, Sass, responsive design

- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, E2E testing

- Performance: Code splitting, lazy loading, performance optimization

- Architecture: Component design patterns, microfrontend architecture

- APIs: RESTful integration, GraphQL, real-time communications

- Tools: npm/yarn, Git, modern IDE/debugging tools

Required Experience

- 10+ years frontend development with 5+ years in React

- Experience with large-scale, complex applications

- Leadership and mentoring experience





- Experience with financial/transactional UIs preferred

- Strong UX/UI collaboration experience

Education &

Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Frontend or React certifications preferred
