About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our fully remote team, based in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our UK-based leadership, product managers, and engineering teams on a cutting-edge AI productivity platform used by a global audience. As a senior member of our mobile development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable React Native components and features that enhance our mobile application’s performance and user experience.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in software development.



A minimum of 8 years of skilled experience in software engineering is required, with at least 3 years specifically focused on React Native development. Robust understanding of React Native best practices, navigation, state management, and performance optimization is essential.

Candidates should also have experience mentoring junior developers, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and possess effective communication abilities to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.

Technical proficiency in React Native and TypeScript is mandatory, along with experience integrating with REST APIs, WebSockets, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of native module integration, mobile security practices, and cross-platform design considerations will be highly advantageous.

Experience working with AI-powered systems, while not mandatory, is considered a significant plus.

- Design and implement reusable, high-quality React Native components and features that adhere to best practices and project standards.
- Enhance the architecture and maintainability of the mobile application, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, facilitating easy maintenance and updates.
