About The Job:

- We are looking for a skilled Deskside Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users requiring assistance with computer hardware, software, and related technologies.
- This role involves working closely with other IT team members to ensure technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently while delivering an excellent user experience.

Essential Job Functions:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for employees, contractors, and partners through ServiceNow, phone, email, or instant messaging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows PCs, Mac systems, iOS, and Android devices.
- Support meeting room setups, event support, and retail store technology environments.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with the Data Center Support team for server-related issues.
- Document and track all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.




- Provide hands-on support for servers in coordination with the Data Center Support team.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Infrastructure & End User Support
- Desktop and Laptop Support.
- Mobile Device Support.
- Peripheral Device Support.
- Meeting Room and Collaboration Technology Support.
- Email, Software, and Application Troubleshooting.
- Remote and Onsite Technical Support.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Deskside Support role or similar position.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications
- ITIL Certification.
- MCSC Certification.
- CCNA Certification.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket-tracking systems.
- Knowledge of network printing environments and LAN/WAN hardware.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage technology vendor relationships to ensure service quality.
- Experience supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android platforms.




- Knowledge of IT Asset Management and Inventory Tracking.
