Job Profile – FRP / GRP Product Development

- Apply strong working knowledge of FRP, GRP and CFRP composite materials and thermoset resin systems.
- Carry out resin formulation, compounding and reinforcement (glass fibre / roving / mat) selection.
- Drive pultrusion process development and moulded/pultruded grating product development.
- Handle product design, prototyping and scale-up using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
- Apply testing & standards knowledge (ASTM, ISO, EN, ACI) with root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D.




- Lead the team with strong cross-functional coordination and customer interaction.
- Lead end-to-end R&D; activities for FRP, GRP and CFRP products, from concept development to production launch.
- Develop recent products such as pultruded profiles, gratings, cable trays, ladders, handrails, tanks and rebars.
- Study customer drawings and technical specifications and convert them into practical product designs.
- Develop prototypes, samples and trial products for customer approvals and commercial production.
- Optimize pultrusion parameters and moulded grating processes to reduce rejection and wastage.
- Plan and conduct laboratory/production testing (tensile, flexural, compression, impact, dimensional accuracy).
- Lead root-cause analysis for product, process and customer complaints, and implement CAPA.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, alternate raw materials and process improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales and Project teams for technical problem resolution.
- Prepare monthly technical reports, innovation roadmap and management presentations.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
