About the Role

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to lead multidisciplinary research and product development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, team leadership skills, project management capabilities, and experience working within ISO 13485 environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead research and product development projects from initial concept and bench testing through to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Plan, manage and execute multiple R&D; projects aligned with business objectives.

Lead, hire, train and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams and build a creative, productive work culture.

Develop research plans based on business goals, market trends and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.

Collaborate with Embedded, Hardware, Hydraulic, Clinical and Mechanical teams to develop products that meet customer requirements and are scalable for production.

Manage project resources, budgets, timelines and priorities effectively.





Ensure R&D; activities comply with ISO 13485 and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present project updates, technical findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Drive problem-solving, innovation and continuous improvement across R&D; projects.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

4–8 years of total technical experience, with 1–2 years of direct team management experience.

Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of project budgeting and resource management.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven experience and knowledge of ISO 13485.

Strong understanding of multidisciplinary product development, including Embedded, Hardware, Hydraulic and Mechanical systems.
