Position - Design Engineer

DEPARTMENT: R&D-; Design & Development

Location - Bangalore

QUALIFICATION: B.E./B.Tech /diploma in Mechanical / Automobile EXPERIENCE: 5 - 8 Years in vehicle industry

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Chassis Design
- Suspension

• Steering
- Braking System
- Sheet Metal
- Plastic Components

• GD&T;
- CATIA/SolidWorks/NX /Fusion360

- DFMEA
- Welding Design
- Tolerance Stack-up
- Engineering Drawings

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design chassis and structural systems.
- Develop suspension, steering, and brake assemblies.
- Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings.
- Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis.

• Support prototype builds and product improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for component development.
