- Lead R&D; projects, focusing on innovative machine construction solutions for the Dry Bulk industry.
- Engage in close collaboration and regular communication with the R&D; team (international) to align strategies and share insights.
- Design, develop, and test new machine concepts, contributing to both local and global product development.
- Analyse and research to inform design decisions and technological advancements.
- Ensure that engineering solutions adhere to international standards and embody efficiency and innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and qualified growth.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in R&D; within the machine construction industry, with international project exposure.
- Experience at working for an international company is a plus
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
