Drive growth of Sigachi's O&M; and EPC business by identifying, qualifying and winning recent opportunities through business development, tendering and commercial negotiation. Lead the acquisition process end-to-end — from opportunity identification to contract award and mobilization — coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR and Legal to build competitive, commercially sound proposals, including EPC-to-O&M; lifecycle opportunities, across India and international markets.

Business Development : build and maintain relationships with asset owners, EPC contractors/majors, consultants, technology providers and strategic partners.
