- Design and configure the technical architecture of the Icertis ICI platformn
- Configure data models, rules framework, and technical settingsn
- Develop and support API-based integrations with enterprise systemsn
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and stabilityn
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issuesn
- Support large-scale, multi-region CLM implementationsn
- Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance standardsn
- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and stakeholdersn

nMust-Have Skills

- n
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementationsn




- Strong hands-on technical experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)n
- Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIsn
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web servicesn
- Experience supporting platform performance, scalability, and stabilityn
- Experience with Azure-based SaaS platformsn
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skillsn
- Experience working in large-scale production environmentsn

- Familiarity with SAP landscapes and enterprise middleware platformsn
