About the Role
nKey Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
nResponsibilities

- n
- Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.n
- Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships.n
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer.n
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.n
- Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions.n
nQualifications

- n
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experiencen
nRequired Skills
n
- n
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDBn
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scriptingn
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows/Flow Designern
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrationsn
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skillsn
nPreferred Skills

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification.n
