nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform architecture and set the technical direction across client engagements. In this hands-on role, you will design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions, mentor teams, resolve complex issues, and ensure platform governance. Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) is preferred.
nResponsibilities:

- Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture (data models, integrations, security).n
- Define and enforce standards, mentor teams, and ensure upgrade readiness.n
- Lead client engagements, architecture sessions, and platform governance.n
- Drive automation,



scalability, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).n

nQualifications:

- n
- Architect (15+ years): 7+ years ServiceNow experience; 4+ full implementations; expertise in platform fundamentals, scripting, integrations, and technical leadership.n
- Senior Architect (20+ years): Proven large-scale program leadership; multi-client platform ownership; roadmap influence and practice development.n
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (required); CAD + CIS preferred; CTA/CMA for Senior Architect.n
