nElara is a U.S.-based company that is setting up a subsidiary in Kochi, India. Based on decades of experience in the domain, Elara is building a modern enterprise healthcare platform using React, C#, SQL Server, secure APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled services, and reusable frontend components that prioritises end-user experience and accessibility needs.

nWhile we’re still in the discovery phase, we'd like our architecture to reflect a modern twelve-factor application with a shift-left mentality. We highly value infrastructure as code, modern secrets management, integration with automated code-quality tools, the ability to automatically provision environments, observability, containerisation, etc. In addition, integration of testing with both dev environments and CI/CD pipelines, database management and migrations, authentication, and a frequent, low-effort release strategy are key.
