nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Sales Manager to own and grow revenue across both our learner-facing (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) tracks.



This is a hands-on leadership role: you will close deals yourself, build and manage a small sales team, and put the processes in place that let us scale predictably.
nYou will work directly with the Founder and have real ownership over targets, process and team.

nKey Responsibilities
nRevenue & Sales Ownership

- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across B2C program enrolments and B2B corporate training mandatesn
- Run the full sales cycle — qualification, discovery, consultative counselling, objection handling, negotiation and closuren
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygienen

nTeam Leadership

- Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales Executives and Sales/BD Internsn
- Set individual targets, run daily and weekly reviews, and coach the team on pitch quality and conversionn
- Monitor call quality, response times and follow-up disciplin
