nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SPM/PPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across portfolio, project, demand, resource, and financial management processes, along with solid ServiceNow development and integration capabilities.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project Portfolio Management (PPM).n
- Strong understanding of SPM capabilities such as:n

- Financial Managementn
- Agile Development / SAFen
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, including multi-instance and enterprise environments.n
- Strong ServiceNow development experience using:n

- UI Policiesn
- Script Includesn
- Workflows / Flow Designern
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and APIs.n
- Ability to configure and customize SPM applications based on business and stakeholder requirements.n
- Strong understanding of ITSM, SPM, PPM, and ITIL v4 processes.n
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.n
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.n
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.n
