Role Overview
nThe Pre‑Sales Engineer – SAP S/4HANA is responsible for driving customer engagements, shaping solution positioning, and supporting the sales cycle with deep product expertise. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge, solid customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to translate product capabilities into compelling business value for prospects.

nThis role partners closely with the Sales, Delivery and SAP Teams to accelerate cloud adoption and improve win rates.

nKey Responsibilities:

nPre‑Sales Solutioning & Customer Engagement
n
- n
- Lead the region, own - discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and solution mapping for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.n
- Deliver high-impact demos in one or more areas namely Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Services.n
- Prepare solution presentations, value propositions, and customer-specific walkthroughs.n
- Support RFIs/RFPs, proposals, and technical clarifications throughout the deal cycle.n




- Lead conversations around S/4HANA Conversions and business value.n

nGTM Activities (Aligned with Global Practice)

- n
- Create and refine pre-sales assets, pitch decks, value stories, and industry use cases.n
- Localize global GTM assets for NDBS India context (industry, customer maturity, regional references).n
- Conduct internal enablement sessions for sales, consulting, and delivery teams.n
- Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap, product changes, and release updates.n

nHands-On SAP S/4HANA Cloud
n
- n
- Perform configuration walkthroughs and demonstrate fit-to-standard processes.n
- Showcase capabilities using Fiori apps, SAP Best Practices, SAP BTC and released scope items.n
- Explain Clean core concepts and extensibility, integrations (BTP, Integration Suite), and analytics options.n
- Articulate cloud implementation approaches, project phases, and CALM/ALM usage.n
