nBattery Management Systems experience end-to-end hardware development needs to bridge the gap between low-level circuit design and high-level system integration
nExperience in rigorous safety, performance, and reliability standards required for EV .

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.n
- Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs.n
- In-depth knowledge of Circuit Design,



Analysis and Simulation with a strong background in analog, digital or power electronics.n
- Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.n
- Strong hold on lab equipment's, such BMS simulator, HV power supply, DSO, DMM, and electronic loadn
- as Solid understanding of battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms, and safety considerations.n
- Experience with battery cell balancing techniques and algorithms.n
- Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards, and regulations related to battery technology and electric vehicles.n
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development for BMS applications is a plus.n
- Ability to analyze and interpret battery performance data using relevant software tools.n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.n
