Job Title: Customer Service Associate
nLocation: Believers Destination, Magnus Tower, Sector-73, Noida
nWork Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM or Evening Shift : 6:30 PM to 02:30 AM
nPreferred Candidate: Residing with family in Noida, greater Noida or Nearby

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. n
- Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents. n
- Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools). n
- Maintain and update data records accurately. n
- Prepare daily and weekly reports. n
- Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.). n
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks. n
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. n
- Escalate issues to the management team when necessary. n
- Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting). n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service. n
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written). n
- Positive command over MS Excel and basic computer operations. n
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. n
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach. n
- Basic technical understanding is a plus. n
