nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a high-performing Regional Revenue Lead/ Associate Director/ Senior Manager to drive business growth, revenue, and execution across the North + East Zone for the Sports, Gaming, Esports & Live Experiences division. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of regional business, including revenue target achievement, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

nThe ideal candidate should be commercially driven, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own and deliver regional revenue targets across the North + East Zone, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goal achievement.n
- Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives with a solid focus on timely delivery.n




- Build and manage relationships with brands, sponsors, sports federations, leagues, gaming publishers, esports organizations, sports marketing agencies, and key ecosystem stakeholders.n
- Identify and drive new business opportunities and monetization avenues within sports, gaming, sports and live experiences.n
- Ensure strong execution governance through regular reviews, performance tracking, and proactive problem-solving to address business gaps.n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with client leads, marketing, operations, product, legal and central teams to ensure seamless delivery and business outcomes.n
- Lead with strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.n
