Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions with deep expertise in Qualtrics, AWS, and enterprise experience platforms . This role combines technical architecture, hands-on development, and client engagement to build scalable, secure integration solutions across industries including banking, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and aviation. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning from requirements discovery through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor on platform customization, data automation, and cloud-native transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Discovery & Pre-Sales:
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution scoping,



effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Document requirements, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Design:
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Design end-to-end architectures encompassing applications, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and APIs.
- Lead the design and implementation of Qualtrics XM solutions across CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience.
- Develop integrations with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, messaging gateways, data warehouses, kiosk systems, and BI tools.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams on cloud-native and engineering best practices.
