nRole Overview:
nWe are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud SME with robust experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, data integration, data modeling, and customer data management.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data models.n
- Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution.n
- Develop and manage data ingestion and integration using APIs, MuleSoft, and other ETL tools.n
- Configure Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Data Actions.n
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Data Cloud solutions.n
- Troubleshoot data quality, integration,



and performance issues.n
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams.n

nKey Skills:
n
- n
- 4–6 years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud expertise.n
- Strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.n
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft/integration tools, SQL, and data transformation.n
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and Customer 360.n
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification is preferred.n
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.n
