About the role
nWe are looking for a hands-on Shopify Developer & E-commerce Manager to own and manage the end-to-end Shopify ecosystem for Craft & Glory. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise (Shopify Liquid, backend operations) and an understanding of conversion-driven e-commerce experiences.

nYou will be responsible for building high-performing landing pages, managing the Shopify backend, and continuously optimizing the website for growth and seamless user experience.

nLocation: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

n1. Shopify Development & Customization
nBuild and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
nDevelop high-converting landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and collections
nImplement custom features and enhancements beyond standard Shopify capabilities
n

n2. Website Management (Backend & Operations)
nManage the Shopify backend including product cataloguing, collections, tagging, and inventory
nSet up and manage discounts,



coupons, bundles, and promotional campaigns
nHandle customer accounts, login systems, and overall site functionality
n

n3. Conversion Optimization & UX
nOptimize product pages, collection pages, and landing pages for higher conversion rates
nImprove site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance
nWork closely with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns seamlessly
n

n4. Integrations & Technical Maintenance
nIntegrate third-party apps, payment gateways, and tools as needed
nTroubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues
nEnsure smooth functioning of all website elements and customer journeys
n

n5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
nMonitor website performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.)
nSuggest and implement improvements based on data and user behavior
nConduct A/B testing for landing pages and key flows
n
