Mandatory skills*

- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing QA processes to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide RCSA policies and procedures.
- Ability to execute quality assurance reviews over 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) Quality Control (QC) and 2nd Line of Defense (2LOD) Effective Challenge activities.
- Experience in creating and maintaining standardized templates, review criteria, and QA assessment tools to ensure consistent execution.
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting QA findings, escalating thematic issues and areas of concern to senior management on a regular cadence
- Driving standardization in control design and execution across business units and shared services.
- Supporting business units in aligning process changes with enterprise RCSA requirements and internal control standards.




- Collaborating across lines of defense to embed continuous improvement practices into RCSA and enterprise control testing programs.
- Experience with change risk management, including M&A; transitions and operational integration efforts
- Robust understanding of RCSA frameworks, risk taxonomies, and enterprise control testing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Master's preferred
