– Manage the onboarding process, HR induction, and employee feedback.

- HR Policy &

- Compliance

– Develop and enforce policies ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being.

- Employee Life Cycle Management – Oversee recruitment, retention, and offboarding.

- Grievance Handling – Address concerns, mediate disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.

- HR Team Leadership – Mentor and develop the HR team for operational efficiency.

- Employee Branding &

- Engagement

– Drive, events, and culture-building activities.

- Special Assignments – Manage HR projects assigned by the Management.

– Organize events, team-building activities, and engagement programs.

- ISO Documentation &

- Compliance

– Ensure HR practices align with ISO standards and maintain documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
