Role Summary The Ranorex Test Automation Engineer will design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, desktop, and enterprise applications.



The role requires strong hands-on expertise in

Ranorex Studio, C# or VB.NET, framework development, regression automation, and Agile quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Participate across the testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, automation design, execution, defect management, and reporting.

· Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Ranorex Studio and C# or VB.NET.

· Design reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks.

· Automate complex functional and end-to-end business workflows across web and desktop applications.

· Create and maintain Ranorex repositories, RanoreXPath expressions, reusable modules, and test suites.

· Implement data-driven testing, parameterization, validations, synchronization, and recovery mechanisms.

· Execute in-sprint automation, regression testing, smoke testing, and release validation.

· Maintain the regression suite and select appropriate scenarios for each release or test cycle.

· Analyze automation failures, troubleshoot object-identification issues, and improve test stability.

· Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and test-management tools.

· Produce clear execution reports,



defect evidence, and automation coverage metrics.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and testing teams.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide quality-related input throughout the sprint.

· Contribute to automation standards, code reviews, reusable assets, and continuous improvement.
