This Position reports to
Head of Central Finance ###
We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient M&A; CFIN Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of finance solutions within the Central Finance (CFIN) landscape. This role is responsible for supporting any new company code, mergers, acquisitions, and divestments by ensuring that acquired entities are efficiently integrated into the target CFIN architecture in alignment with business objectives.
The CFIN M&A; solution lead will assess the current-state finance and IT landscapes of acquired companies, define target-state architecture, and drive integration activities in CFIN system. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, IS Architecture, M&A; integration teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration, data consistency,
process standardization, and compliance with ABB standards. The architect will also contribute to automation and optimization initiatives to improve testing automation and operational efficiency within the CFIN setting.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Finance Process Data Systems division in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Delivery Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery of R2R and M&A-related; changes within CFIN from implementation through cutover and stabilization, Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies, risks and issues are actively managed and escalated where required, Drive successful deployment while protecting financial close, reporting and system stability
- Team Leadership - Lead, mentor and develop the R2R and M&A; Solution Architect team, Set clear priorities, accountabilities and delivery
