Role Description: The Quantity Surveyor (Interior fit out) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out projects, including detailed measurements and material specifications. The Quantity Surveyor will manage project budgets, track costs against estimates, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.





Day-to-day responsibilities include cost planning, monitoring variations, preparing cost reports, and supporting contract negotiations and valuations. The role requires close coordination with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain financial accuracy, meet timelines, and support high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong cost control and cost management skills for interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and detailed measurements.
- Experience in cost planning and budgeting for commercial interior projects.
- Ability to produce clear, timely cost reporting and support financial decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience with interior fit-out works, preferably in commercial spaces.
- Knowledge of relevant construction standards, materials, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimation software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage timelines.
