ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a luxury villa builder in the Caribbean.

This is a quantity surveying role first and a Revit role second. Most of your work will involve producing measured Bills of Quantities to NRM2, preparing material takeoffs and order quantities in Excel, and checking measurements before issue. Alongside that, you’ll build LOD 300 architectural, structural, and site models in Revit from 2D drawings.

You must be comfortable working across both traditional measurement rules and model-based quantity extraction — knowing when a Revit schedule gives you the right answer and when the bill still needs to be measured manually.

This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates in India and the Philippines. There are no fixed daily working hours, with one scheduled weekly call at 6:30 PM IST / 9:00 PM Philippine time.

SIGNIFICANT: You must have hands-on experience producing measured Bills of Quantities to a UK measurement standard such as NRM2 or SMM7, and you must have personally built Revit models from 2D drawings. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to show both.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Produce measured Bills of Quantities to NRM2 from 2D drawings in Excel
- Prepare material takeoffs with waste allowances and order quantities tied to site schedules
- Build LOD 300 architectural, structural, and site models in Revit from 2D drawings
- Extract quantities from Revit schedules and reconcile them against NRM2 measurement requirements
- Handle preliminaries, provisional sums, and deemed-included items correctly
- Maintain and develop rate libraries using supplier invoices and completed-job costs




- Price Bills of Quantities using established rate libraries
- Perform drawing checks and coordination reviews
- Prepare budget and pre-tender estimates when required
- Work accurately across both metric and U.S. customary units

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on experience producing measured Bills of Quantities from drawings
- Strong working knowledge of NRM2 or SMM7
- Revit models you personally built from 2D drawings
- Strong material takeoff and quantity-measurement skills
- Experience working with architectural, structural, and site drawings
- Strong Excel skills, including structuring and checking Bills of Quantities before issue
- Ability to work confidently in both metric and imperial / U.S. customary units
- Strong written English — most communication is by email
- Ability to work independently and manage technical work without close supervision
- Portfolio containing a Bill of Quantities you produced and a Revit model you built from 2D

NICE TO HAVE

- Project experience in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Gulf region
- Experience with villas or high-end residential projects
- Experience building or maintaining rate libraries from supplier invoices and completed-job costs
- Experience with interim valuations, variations, or final accounts
- Revit family creation, worksharing, or template-management experience
