Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Quantity

Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), support cost planning, and assist in budgeting for office fit-out and workspace projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project costs, verifying quantities, supporting tendering processes, and preparing periodic cost reports and forecasts. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure cost efficiency, adherence to budgets, and timely financial reporting.

Surveyor will also help identify cost risks and opportunities, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of cost management practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering.
- Candidates should possess the ability to manage Cost Reporting, project financial tracking, and variance analysis.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, or real estate projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and cost management software.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Attention to detail, structured documentation practices, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
